DeKalb voters keep Mann as sheriff, decide school board seats

The results are in for the July 22 runoff elections in DeKalb County. In the special election sheriff’s race for the county, incumbent Jeff Mann gained 40,537 of the total 53,090 votes sweeping the race with 76.36 percent compared to Vernon Jones’ 12,553 votes or 23.63 percent.
