Hiram’s first city manager resigned Tuesday night after receiving an offer in the private sector, he said today. Robbie Rokovitz submitted his resignation to the Hiram City Council after working three years heading the day-to-day operations of the city government. His resignation is effective Sept. 25 in compliance with the notice requirements in his contract, he said.
