Phillip Roger Bennett, 58, is wanted for allegedly setting fire to a neighbor's home Wednesday.
According to Captain Mark Camp with the Cartersville Police Department, there has been an ongoing feud of some sort between the neighbors, who live across the street from each other on Boatner Avenue.
Camp said Bennett allegedly confronted his neighbor in regards to his grass not being cut and according to the victim, Bennett broke a window, poured gasoline inside the home, and set it on fire.
The victim and his 3-year-old daughter were in the house at the time but were able to escape without injury Camp said.
Bennett is described as a six-foot-one inch 58-year-old white male with gray/dark hair weighing 220 pounds.
He was last seen driving a dark red or maroon 1997 Ford Ranger pickup with the Georgia license plate number BLP6438.
Camp said there is a "strong possibility" Bennett has left the state and that Cartersville police and ther agencies are involved looking for him.
Bennettt should be considered armed and dangerous Camp said. Anyone with information is urged to call 911 immediately.
