Friends of the Northeast/Spruill Oaks Library in Johns Creek host book sale

The Friends of the Northeast/Spruill Oaks Library is hosting its summer book sale open to the public Friday through Sunday.

The proceeds from the book sale go to fund programs and for gifts the Friends donate to the library. Purchase gently used adult, teen and children’s fiction and nonfiction books at low prices. The sale also includes books-on-tape, videos, DVDs and CDs.

Hours are 1 to 5 p.m. on Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday and 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday. There will also be a members-only preview day Thursday from 1 to 5 p.m.

Those interested in becoming members of the Friends of the Library can join at the door. Memberships are $10 for individuals, $5 for seniors age 60 and older, and $25 for families. Membership is free for teens ages 13 to 19.
