HomeStretch has a mission to guide homeless working families with minor children in North Metro Atlanta toward increased self-reliance and stability by providing life-skills training, mentoring and supportive housing. The organization will be hosting the 12th annual HomeStretch Golf Tournament on Aug. 5.

The tournament will be held at The Manor Golf and Country Club in north Alpharetta and the nonprofit is asking area golfers to participate to help make a difference in the lives of local families.

HomeStretch provides stable and supportive housing to those in need as well as tools, staff and volunteers to help guide clients to reach a goal of stable employment and finances.

All players will receive a lunch, post-tournament refreshments and have a chance to win or bid on prizes throughout the event.

Prizes will also be presented to the male and female golfers who make the longest drive and putt closest to the pin.

Individual players can register for $175 and groups of four can register for $600, saving $100. Register online at www.homestretchgolf.com

For more information or questions regarding the tournament, contact Patty Conard at p.conard@comcast.net.
