The Pilates Mat classes, designed to strengthen and stretch overall muscles and improve core strength, last an hour and meet Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:30 a.m. The Pilates Stretch and Strength classes are targeted for people who want to increase flexibility in their legs and spine. The class begins with 30 minutes of Pilates and finishes with stretching hamstrings, back and gluteal muscles. The Strength and Stretch classes meet at 1 p.m. Wednesdays.

The weekly classes last an hour and are open to all levels of fitness. Attendees should bring a Pilates mat, and Strength and Stretch participants should also bring a six-foot stretch band. Sessions begin Nov. 4 and run from November to December. Classes cost $38 for Johns Creek residents and $57 for non-residents. Participants must be at least 16 years old.
Clubhouse Fitness also offers yoga and Zumba.
