Franchise owner Sean Healey recently opened Complete Nutrition in Alpharetta, which is the first in the state.
After working for other Complete Nutrition stores across the country, personal trainer Sean Healey opened the nutritional supplement franchise’s first Georgia location in Alpharetta in late June.

“We offer [something for] whatever your goals are — if it’s weight loss, if it’s putting on lean muscle or just maintaining general health,” he said.

Healey, who is originally from Nebraska, was working at a Lifetime Fitness gym in Omaha when a friend approached him with the idea of working for Complete Nutrition. He liked the chain’s concept and focus on customer service.

“When a customer comes in the door, we want to offer them a consultative approach,” he said. “We want to go over what their needs are specifically, because everyone who comes through that door is different.”

Complete Nutrition sets itself apart from other nutritional supplement stores by following up with customers, making sure they meet their goals and answering any questions or concerns they might have, Healey said.

“It’s about helping the customer,” he said. “That’s what I like to do. I really like to get to know the people that come in.”

Healey said he chose Alpharetta to open the state’s first Complete Nutrition store, because he liked the city and the business community.

“It’s just a nice area,” he said. “It felt like home. It felt like a good place to set up the shop. [The city is] really welcoming of small businesses as well. It’s a big plus to be in a business-minded community.”

Healey said he intends to open more stores in the area sometime in the future.
