The highest-valued building permits for non-residential structures filed with the Paulding County Community Development Department include:
- The Legacy at Walton Mill on Wendy Bagwell Parkway in eastern Hiram was the highest-valued building permit in 2013 at $12.2 million.
The permit was issued in October.
The 105-unit complex will be reserved for residents ages 55 and up. Marietta-based Walton Communities is the developer.
- Assisted Living at Cedarcrest was permitted in April at a cost of $5.5 million at 2351 Cedarcrest Road in northeast Paulding.
- Interroll Dynamic Storage conveyor system production company at 159 Corporate Drive in Hiram. The permit was issued in April for $3.88 million.
- Remodel of Paulding County School District’s Union Elementary School at 206 Ga. Hwy. 101 South. The permit was issued in May for $1 million.
