Steve’s Live Music, which opened in June 2012 in Sandy Springs, will celebrate its one-year anniversary with special events Tuesday through June 15.

It opened with the purpose of creating a diverse music room, welcoming of all genres for the Atlanta area to enjoy. This past year brought music of the likes of blues, bluegrass, Irish, Russian, Balkan, Klezmer, classical, jazz, gypsy jazz, indie rock, singer/songwriter, country and more. More than 500 artists hailing from the Atlanta area to Boston to England and Ireland, and even the Middle East played at the venue in the last year.

Live talent is featured seven days a week and Steve’s is looking to expand its schedule to include multiple shows a day, including some jazz lunch specials and dinner shows. Steve’s features a full restaurant and a full bar.

It will also be announcing some of the new programs and formats coming later this year, including a weekly live streaming songwriters’ showcase.

Owners Steve and Heleen Grossman will kick off the second year of Steve’s with related specials featured Tuesday through June 15 including special ticket prices, ticket giveaways and food and drink offers. Performing musicians include The Georgia Crackers, Hair of the Dog, Randall Bramblett and Julie Gribble.

Steve’s will host a one-year anniversary party June 12 at 7 p.m. with Heather Lutrell performing along with special guests. Tickets are $15.

A full schedule and additional information is available on its website. Steve’s is located at 234 Hilderbrand Drive.
