The Georgia Philharmonic to play movie music at Roswell Cultural Arts Center

The Georgia Philharmonic is presenting “A Night at the Movies” on Saturday, 7 p.m. at the Roswell Cultural Arts Center.

The 2013-14 season opener will feature familiar themes from eight acclaimed films.

 The program will include the signature music from “Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl;” “2001: A Space Odyssey;” “The Bad News Bears;” “Titanic:” “Sleeping Beauty;” “The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring;” “Jurassic Park” and “Gladiator.”

Ticket prices are $10 for seniors/students, $15 for adult general seating and $25 for adult prime seating. Reduced-price season tickets are also available.
