Run, Walk and Stroll with the Brookhaven Bolt to Support Ashford Park Elementary
The Brookhaven Bolt 5k Race hits the streets of Brookhaven on Saturday, May 14 at 8:00 am to support Ashford Park Elementary. Starting and finishing at Village Place Brookhaven, the Brookhaven Bolt is a 5k run, walk, stroller push through Ashford Park. Since 2008 the Brookhaven Bolt has raised $57,000 for Ashford Park Elementary.
The 4th annual race runs through the beautiful rolling hills of Ashford Park and offers a moderate challenge to the runners. The start and finish lines are at Village Place Brookhaven on Dresden Drive. With the addition of Village Place Brookhaven and Town Brookhaven, Brookhaven is a vibrant and growing community, which is quickly becoming one of the most desirable communities in Atlanta.
Registration for the Brookhaven Bolt is $20 with all of the proceeds benefitting Ashford Park Elementary School. All race participants will receive a race t-shirt and race bag with coupons from sponsors. Race day registration is also available for $25 at the start area at Village Place Brookhaven. Donations are also accepted at www.brookhavenbolt.com for those unable to make the race.
