NFL players Andre Fluellen of the Detroit Lions and Ronnie Brown of the San Diego Chargers are set to host a football camp at Cartersville High School at 320 E. Church St. in Cartersville June 30 from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
This is a one-day camp that will be held on Saturday.
Campers will learn from NFL players, learn fundamentals, work on drills, and learn about some of the best players in the game.

The Cartersville Century Bike Ride is set for June 30 at Dellinger Park, 100 Pine Grove Road in Cartersville.
The ride includes 15-, 30-, 55-mile and century options. A Three Mile Thrill fun family ride for all ages goes by Etowah Indian Mounds State Historic Site.
There will be rest stops every 10 to 15 miles.
Registration the day of the event begins at 6 a.m. and the ride is set for 8 a.m. Pre-registration can be done online.
All proceeds benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Bartow County.

Summer skills camps at Deer Lick Park in Lithia Springs include:
- June 25 through 29: Tennis Camp - ages 7 to 17. Cost is $60.
- July 2 through 6: All Day Basketball Camp, ages 6 to 14. Cost is $150.
- July 9 through 13: Skateboard Camp, ages 6 to 14. Cost is $50.

Youth Football Camp
On June 25, 26 and 28 there will be a youth football camp at North Paulding High School at 300 North Paulding Drive in Dallas.
This camp will cost $75 per student and is open to all students grades kindergarten through nine. The camp starts at 6 p.m. and will run until 9 p.m. each day.
All students must have a physical and sign the consent form. This can be found on the North Paulding High School website by clicking on Wolfpack Youth Sports Camp under Athletics/Activities.

Camp Cody Basketball Camp is set for June 25 through 28, from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m., at Paulding County’s Taylor Farm Park at 1380 Pine Valley Road in Powder Springs. The camp stresses hard work, discipline, team work, basic fundamentals, and fun, according to the county website. All basic offensive and defensive skills will be taught as well as the mental and physical aspects of a team game concept.
This camp is open to boys and girls ages 6-14 and the cost is $46.

Pee Wee Camp
Burnt Hickory Park at 8650 Cartersville Hwy. in Dallas is set to host a Pee Wee Sportster Camp.
For boys and girls ages 3 and 4, this camp will be held July 9 through 13, from 9 to 10:30 a.m., and cost $41.
Registration ends June 29.
It will introduce children to the fundamentals of different sports and teach teamwork and sportsmanship.
The camp hopes to cause increase fitness levels, release of energy, improved motor skills, social interaction and fun.
