Voters who wish to vote absentee by mail may submit their request now. Application forms are available on the website at www.dekalbvotes.com and must be received no later than 4:30 p.m. Nov. 30, to be processed. Ballots must be returned to the Voter Registration & Elections Office no later that 7 p.m. Election Day, Dec. 4, to be counted.
In person early voting in DeKalb County for the runoff election will begin Nov. 26 only at the Voter Registration & Elections Office, 4380 Memorial Drive, Suite 300.
The early voting poll will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. through Nov. 30.
There will be no voting Dec. 1, or Dec. 3. Voters must go to their assigned precinct on Election Day.
