The senior defender anchors a backfield that has played a big role in the Lady Warriors’ 4-3 start this season.
While Palmer doesn’t provide spectacular plays, North Atlanta girls’ soccer coach Rob Bramlett said she brings a solid level of excellence whenever she is on the field.
“She is very consistent in every game,” Bramlett said. “There hasn’t been any specific game or play [that she has stood out]. But, every game, she has the same exact performance and it’s been consistently high.
Bramlett also praises Palmer, a four-year varsity player and team captain, for her leadership ability and discipline on the field.
“She is the most developed and mature player that we have,” Bramlett said. “She is the most disciplined. She has an excellent attitude. She really never gets down on herself or the other players and is just generally positive and very responsive.”
