In a news release, Harry Norman, Realtors announced its top two agents company-wide, Bonneau Ansley III and Travis Reed, have formed a “cooperative alliance.”

Designed to further enhance their already renowned service and attention to customers and clients alike, this partnership will “place the market knowledge, financial acumen, negotiating skills and extraordinary commitment to service of both Bonneau Ansley and of Travis Reed right at the command of home buyers and home sellers,” said Betsy Franks, the company’s senior vice president and Buckhead office managing broker. “Never before have clients been offered residential real estate expertise at this caliber of experience and service.”

Together these two highly respected agents produced right at $100 million in sales in 2012 alone. Both Ansley and Reed are the top agents in Georgia for Christie’s International Real Estate and are recognized specialists in luxury and high-end home and condominium sales.

Ansley, a member of the Urban Land Institute and preservation advocate, has listed and sold many of Atlanta’s historic and architecturally significant properties. He currently lists one of Atlanta’s most treasured mansions, “Rossdhu,” the Tudor-style estate built in 1918 on 4.7 acres on Andrews Drive and offered for $8.995 million.

He sold former Atlanta Braves pitcher Derek Lowe’s house on Peachtree Battle Avenue for $3.5 million and has numerous other celebrities and professional athletes as clients.

Reed, who has captured the top agent company-wide honors of Harry Norman for the previous six years, combines expertise in luxury homes with an in-depth knowledge of close-in, Virginia-Highland and Midtown neighborhoods.

Working with fellow Realtor Michael Kriethe, whose experience also encompasses mortgage financing and new home construction, Reed is noted for extensive marketing programs of print advertising, internet marketing, special events and caravan lunches at listings along with ongoing emails and updates to sellers.
