Decatur, GA, (July 1, 2013): Rainbow Park Baptist Church (RPBC) is happy to invite the entire community to join them for their annual, “Friends and Family Month at The Park” – during the entire month of July 2013. Rainbow Park Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Steven N. Dial, Sr. is excited about the special events that the ministerial staff from the church have put together. “Due to the current climate of our community and our nation, it is important for us to join together and worship the Lord like never before. We wish to help equip everyone in our community with the necessary tools needed to create and maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. The events that we offer this month are meant to give rest, relaxation and restoration to our members and the community at large.” said Pastor Dial.

Rainbow Park Baptist Church’s Friends and Family month starts on Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at 7:00 pm with our weekly Revival that is sure to renew everyone’s spirit. There will be a different visiting pastor and church, every Wednesday during the month of July. Revival services will start promptly at 7:00 pm. Rainbow Park Baptist Church will also be offering Vacation Bible School from Monday, July 15, 2013 until Thursday, July 18, 2013. RBPC’s Vacation Bible School theme is “Jesus Family Reunion –The Remix”. Vacation Bible School is open to ALL AGES.

RPBC Family and Friends at the Park will also offer other activities for their members, surrounding community and guests starting on Friday, July 19, 2013 with their “Jazz on the Lawn” event from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm. On Saturday, July 20, 2013, please bring your entire family to participate in “Fun Day” from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. RPBC will be providing gamers and numerous activities for children and the entire family to enjoy.

On Sunday, July 21, 2013 join Rainbow Park Baptist Church for Sunday School at 9:00 am, Worship Service in the sanctuary at 10:00 am, followed by a Fellowship Meal and other various activities.



All activities will take place at Rainbow Park Baptist Church which is located at 2941 Columbia Drive, Decatur, Georgia 30034. Rainbow Park Baptist Church has Sunday School every Sunday morning starting at 9:00 am, Sunday Worship Service starting at 10:00 am, with a fellowship meal provided for all guests and visitors.
