Canning class to be held at Roswell's Barrington Hall

Chef John Wilson will present his popular class, End of Summer Canning, on Tuesday, 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., at Roswell’s historic Barrington Hall.

The class will include Curried Apple Chutney, Tomato Black Bean Salsa and Peach Preserves. After creating these dishes, classmates will dine on them in Barrington’s spacious modern kitchen.

Complimentary wine will be served with dinner. A free mini tour of Barrington Hall is included with the class at $50 per person. Advance reservations are required as the classes fill up quickly.

Barrington Hall is at 535 Barrington Drive, Roswell.
