Roswell Readers Theatre and Poets Corner is holding free, monthly classes at the Roswell Public Library, 115 Norcross Street.

The program is for both adults and children and is family friendly.

The fellowship of actors and poets presents an opportunity to experience literature either as an active reader or listener.

All are invited to experience great scenes from great plays with the option of memorizing or reading from text. The focus will be on employing voice training and method acting to improve delivery and interpretation of favorite poems or characters. There is no memorizing or rehearsals, costumes or scenery.

The next class is Sept. 23, 6 to 8 p.m.
