Crystal Bowersox, “American Idol” 2010 runner-up, is the opening act for Roswell Presents’ “Live in Roswell Series” Saturday, 8 p.m.

Bowersox’s blend of blues, country, folk and rock has marked her as one of the most dynamic young voices in music to come along in years.

She has been invited to perform alongside such musical luminaries as Harry Connick, Jr., Joe Cocker, Alanis Morrisette, Michael Franti, John Popper and BB King.

VIP tickets are available to sit in on sound check and enjoy a meet-and-greet with the artist and band.

Ticket prices range from $25 to $35, with special pricing for VIP tickets. There is a full cash bar in the lobby one hour prior to show time.

The concert, sponsored by the Doubletree by Hilton-Roswell, is at Roswell Cultural Arts Center, 950 Forrest Street, Roswell.
