Voting has been slow throughout the day in each of Douglas County’s 25 precincts, said Douglas County Communications Director Wes Tallon.

“I guess at each of our polling places, we can count the turnout in the low hundreds,” he said with just over two hours remaining before polls close at 7 p.m.

“We have had no real problems today but we hope that, with people getting off work, they will come and vote before going home,” Tallon said.
