Detectives with the Sandy Springs Police Department have obtained murder warrants for 31-year-old Tranquilino "Frankie" Garcia-Lorenzo for the murder of 28-year-old Freddie Antonio Rosales-Ruano, also known as Fredis Antonio Rosales, Friday morning just before 10 a.m. in front of 215 Northwood Drive in Sandy Springs, the department announced in a news release Friday.
Garcia-Lorenzo is 5 feet and 130 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a dark jacket with a white stripe around the sleeves and a dark colored hat.
In an update email Tuesday, Sandy Springs Police Capt. Steve Rose, a department spokesman, said Garcia-Lorenzo remains a fugitive.
“Flyers in both English and Spanish are being distributed in the area," Rose said. "Nothing further to update you on the investigation at this time other than the fact that we have issued information to [Immigrations and Customs Enforcement], U.S. Border Patrol, etc. to be on the lookout.”
