In a formal gesture to officially welcome the World Trade Center Atlanta to Buckhead, the Buckhead Coalition Tuesday announced it has arranged to give free memberships in the World Trade Center to the 180 participants scheduled as guests at the coalition’s annual meeting, at a value of $655 per person.

The coalition normally provides gifts to those attending the luncheon, which was scheduled for Jan. 29 but cancelled due to Snowjam 2014.

This was the first time in its 26-year existence the event was cancelled, and although efforts were made to reschedule, there were too many particulars that couldn’t be re-programmed. New Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce President Hala Moddelmog was to give her inaugural address.

The center recently announced it was relocating to the City Club of Buckhead after almost 32 years in downtown Atlanta. Membership in the center gives the recipient reciprocal rights in over 326 clubs in more than 90 countries.
