The Family Alliance of Paulding’s seventh annual dinner-dance is set for Saturday from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. at Che’Ne Rouge Wedding and Event Center in Hiram.

The Jamaica-themed event will feature tropical drinks, dinner provided by Olive Tree restaurant, and music from DJ Randy Riggs.

It is one of three annual fund-raising events for the Alliance, which provide services to at-risk children and families.

Its services include a family advocacy and support program, Paulding Community Support Partners; the Welcome Home Center for Supervised Family Time, which provides supervised visitation for non-custodial parents and and their children; and the Meth Alliance, which provides free substance abuse prevention education and training to educators, law enforcement, medical personnel and others.

Tickets are $50 apiece. The Alliance is still seeking corporate sponsors for the event.

Che’ne Rouge is at 86 Poplar Springs Road in Hiram.
