Contested local races in the May 20 primaries in Douglas County include:

13th Congressional District Democratic primary:

Winner will be unopposed in November general election.

District 30 State Senate Republican primary:

- Mike Dugan (incumbent), http://mikedugan.org;

Winner will face Democrat James Nixon in November general election.

Douglas County State Court judge (nonpartisan):

District 4 Douglas County Commission Republican primary:
